You will receive notification from Blue each term notifying you that your surveys are available to complete. You will also see a pop-up window in Canvas directing you to your surveys in Blue.
For more information on how to fill out the SETS, see SETS for students
Grad Students
If you taught and attended classes you will receive invitations to fillout surveys and to track the response rates also known as subject management. Special Note: If you need reports from our retired system please send a request to the academic department that sponsored the course.
Instructors
We are working on enhancing the user experience in Blue. Additional information will be posted here as we make these enhancements and roll out new features. If you have questions about SETS in Blue you can contact your department or send a request to sets@ucsc.edu.
Department or College Staff
In order to get started, you will need to be authorized to access your department's courses in Blue. Please send a request to sets@ucsc.edu and copy your manger to be granted access to Blue. Once you have a Blue account, you should also confirm that you are a member of the SETS site in Canvas. This site contains all of the important messages that are sent to the campus staff who work on SETS. Normally, both accounts are created with the initial request for access. Please note that the unique UserID in Blue is the same as the unique UserID in AIS. So, you must have an AIS account in order to get access to Blue.
